Wednesday May 13th: Pollinator Workshop with Xerxes Society Pollinator Expert Eric Mader. Pollinators are essential to our environment. The service they provide is necessary for the reproduction of wild plants and human food crops alike. In this workshop, join the Xerces Society’s Eric Lee-Mader for an overview of pollinator ecology, farm management for wild bees, and habitat restoration training to increase your local population of wild bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects—including those that prey upon crop pests.
