September 23rd: Soil Field Day at the Merrimack County Farm, Boscawen, NH
Learn the basic properties of soils! Spend the morning developing an undstanding of soils then put your new knowledge to the test with some hands-on learning outside in some soil pits! This course offers 6 NH DES Subsurface credits as well as 6 EnviroCert credits! The course is from 9 am-4 pm, costs $35 and participants should bring their own lunch. October 14th: Amoozemeter Workshop at the Epsom Fire Station, Epsom, NH
Familiarize yourself with NH soils and alteration of terrain while learning how to use a Compact Head Permeater (aka the Amoozemeter). This full day class runs from 9 am-4 pm and costs $45.
